Once service has begun, you have 30 days to try our services without worry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. 1

No Setup Fees

Do you find setup fees a hassle?  So do we.  We now waive setup fees on all orders.

After the first 30 days, you can cancel at any time by contacting us by email or phone. If you have already paid Annually or Quarterly, we will refund your money, charging you for the services already used at the Monthly rate.2

1 Refund will be for amount already paid, minus setup fees and one-time fees for services already rendered, such as domain name registration. We will send your refund as a check by first-class mail within 30 days of cancellation.

2 Monthly rates used will be the rates that were in effect when Service Agreement was signed.

3 Free service will be applied to first month for new customers. Existing customers will have additional free month of service added to current contract.
